Only cumulative native XRP delivered through successful validated Payment transactions controls growth. The other counters are supporting network lore.
WHAT DOES “XRP FLOW” MEAN?
Every successful native XRP payment contributes the amount actually delivered. A 10 XRP payment adds 10 XRP. A 100,000 XRP payment adds 100,000 XRP. Failed transactions, issued currencies and self-payments are excluded.
